New techniques are being adopted to increase the efficiency of tractors. 60 to 80 percent water is filled in the tires of the tractor, this is called ballasting of tires. Filling water in the tires increases the weight of the tractor, which strengthens the grip of the tire on the ground. This trick is especially used for heavy and difficult tasks, such as plowing fields or operating heavy equipment. Tractor tires have water and air valves, which release air after filling with water. While working in water-filled fields, water-filled tires get grip on the slippery surface and the tractor moves easily. Filling water in tires increases traction, which increases the efficiency of the tractor.
