Eagle Seeds & Biotech Pvt. Ltd. has introduced two new modified wheat varieties, Eagle-1213 and Eagle-1214, this year. Eagle-1213 variety is suitable for Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and North India, which provides high protein content with short maturity and high yield. Eagle-1214 variety gives better yield when sown on time, has more germination and is tolerant to lodging. The company's research department has researched seeds as per the needs of farmers for 5-6 years. Last year the company launched Eagle-1201 and Eagle-1204 varieties, which became popular in North and Central India. Eagle Seeds has made its mark in soybean seed sector for 42 years and now has succeeded in wheat seeds as well.
