Land was inspected for the establishment of Krishi Vigyan Kendra in Vidisha. Officials from Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Jawaharlal Nehru Agricultural University Jabalpur, Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary University Jabalpur, and Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Department Bhopal visited Vidisha district. Land of Madhya Pradesh State Seed and Farm Development Corporation was selected in village Berkhedi. Land located in village Dhadhon of Nateran was also inspected. During the inspection, Collector Mr. Budhesh Vaidya, Deputy Director Mrs. Rashmi Varghese from Agriculture Directorate Bhopal, Deputy Director Agriculture Mr. K.S. Khapediya, and Assistant Director Agriculture Mahendra Kumar Thakur were also present. The inspection team will prepare its report and send it to ICAR New Delhi, on the basis of which Krishi Vigyan Kendra will be started in the district.
